Zeitgeist 1980

Zeitgeist 1980 was a project in the Godot engine using Inkle’s Ink interactive fiction interpreter. Inspired by 1980s action-comedy films Smokey and the Bandit II and Any Which Way You Can, it tells the story of a typical 80s teen forced to spend the holidays with his neer-do-well uncle and learn a valuable lesson.

I wrote the game, developed the architecture, and did some of the pixel art while contracting out to freelancers for the rest of the art and all of the music.
